ABOUT JJ's Bistro
Established in 1994 in the heart of Ponte Vedra, JJ's Liberty Bistro stands as a culinary pillar, consistently ranking among the Top 25 Restaurants in Jacksonville. Under the visionary leadership of JJ Vigoureux, our establishment has pioneered a distinctive dining concept, seamlessly blending an upscale retail environment with the sophistication of a fine dining bistro.
In 2008, JJ expanded the Ponte Vedra location to include a 60-seat private dining room, offering an exclusive venue for wine dinners and private events. Additionally, we proudly present an indulgent ice cream and chocolate/macaron shop, elevating the overall dining experience.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the culinary world, JJ Vigoureux was bestowed with the prestigious title of "Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite Agricole" (Knight in the Order of Agricultural Merit) on October 16, 2015. This distinguished honor, shared by only 63 individuals in the United States, places JJ alongside esteemed restaurateurs Jacques Pépin and Paul Prudhomme.
